Founder
Private chef and culinary consultant based in Bordeaux,
Jean-Christophe Martinez develops an instinctive cuisine
guided by true taste, emotion and conviviality.
Trained by renowned establishments and chefs
(George V, Palace Hotel, Greenhouse London,
(Ibarboure brothers…), he left his mark in Bordeaux
before directing his expertise towards comprehensive support
of individuals, brands and establishments.
His cuisine tells the story of the product's origin.
